Pecan Ale is made with real Louisiana roasted pecans for a subtle, nutty flavor and aroma. It’s brewed with pale, Munich, biscuit, and caramel malts, and Willamette hops. The roasted pecans are added to the brewhouse. Crack one open and geaux nuts!

Chaider is a local custom-made proprietary Chai Tea blend in collaboration with Kinglet Tea of Portland. It is our delightfully unique spiced cider, perfect for sweaters and fireside imbibing. Chaider has gained widespread fall fandom for being the most reached-for fall seasonal in the PNW’s cider industry.

Adding organic baby bear pumpkins to malt and hops makes this truly a local farm to brewhouse collaboration. A custom blend of six spices rounds out the flavors in this highly anticipated beer.

Wisconsin- Pumpkin Ale- 6.1% ABV. Real pumpkin and pie spice join Munich and caramel malts in our brewhouse, then lager for four weeks in our cellar, and come together with all the flavors of a lush pumpkin pie.
